Madison, the capital city of Wisconsin, is the second largest city in the state. Its downtown sits on an isthmus between lakes Mendota and Monona and is home to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The city's five lakes make it one of the more picturesque state capitals in the country.

November Home Maintenance Checklist
Replace Floor Protectors - Are expecting holiday guest? Protect your floors with new protectors on tables and chairs.
Examine Sump Pump – Be prepared for higher water tables as the ground freezes.
Remove Window Screens – Wash and remove window screens. Wash and remove screens then store them in a dry area.
Check Fire Extinguishers – Use of a fireplace always increases the risk of a fire. Check all fire extinguishers.
Clean the Dishwasher - Give your dishwasher a well-deserved scrub to remove detergent grime and buildup both inside and out.
