Columbia County Housing Market Statistics
February home sales in Columbia County continue to surge due to record low mortgage interest rates and an inventory shortage. Columbia County's median home price was $205,000 in February, which was up 19.19% from last February.

This chart shows the median home values, month over month, for the previous 5 years. 

Columbia County had 50 homes sold in February, which was up 42.86% from last February.

Dane County Housing Market

Housing market statistics for Dane County, Wisconsin.
February home sales in Dane County continue to surge due to record low mortgage interest rates and an inventory shortage. Dane County's median home price was $335,000 in February, which was up 12.61% from last February.

This chart shows increased median home values, month over month, for the previous 5 years. Dane County is showing super strong levels of appreciation with continued growth year over year too.

Dane County had 410 homes sold in February which was down 1% from last February.

As buyers continue to battle over limited listings in Dane County, home prices continue to soar. The spring market cannot come soon enough as new listings are needed badly. Though we fully expect the demand to exceed the availability of homes the entire year. The 30 yr fixed moved up slightly over the last month to 3.00%. Increasing speculation of mortgage rates being on the rise for 2021.

Rock County's median home price was $181,750 in February, which was up 11.51% from last February.This chart shows the median home values, month over month, for the previous 5 years. 2020 sales were higher every month based on the previous year and steadily continue to increase year over year. February 2021 is no different.Rock County had 166 homes sold in February, which was up 13.70% from last February.Strong year-end sales continued into February of 2021. Jefferson County Housing Market

Housing market statistics for Jefferson County, Wisconsin.
February home sales in Jefferson County continue to surge due to record low mortgage interest rates and an inventory shortage. Jefferson County's median home price was $285,000 in February, which was up 29.25% from last February.

This chart shows increased median home values, month over month, for the previous 5 years. Jefferson County is showing increased levels of appreciation and continued growth over the last 5 years. This February was drastically higher than the previous.

Jefferson County had 55 homes sold in February which was down 14% from last February.

February sales were slowed by inventory. With demand, values skyrocketed. Don't wait to buy because of competition. Mortgage rates moved from 2.50% to 3.00% on a 30 year fixed since last month.
