The Dane County real estate market continues to show strength as we close out November! Here's what you need to know:
Market Highlights:
Average home prices rose to $514,784, up from $493,459 last year, solid appreciation of 4.32%
Homes are selling in just 34 days on average (down from 35 days in 2024), indicating a competitive market
457 homes sold in November, keeping our market active despite seasonal trends
Inventory Update:
