During this window, your home is fresh, highly visible, and positioned to attract the most serious buyers. It’s your best shot at generating strong interest and ideally, multiple offers. So how do you make those first seven days count? It comes down to mastering the fundamentals. Here are seven critical things that can make or break your sale:
