June home sales and home values in Columbia County remain strong. Columbia County's median home price was $262,000, which was up 3.77% from last June.
This chart shows the median home values, month over month, for the previous 5 years.
Columbia County had 89 homes sold in June, which was down 5.32% from last June. Though the decline is based on availability and not demand.
Columbia County home values continue to remain strong as interest rates spike. Fewer sales is only due to availability as construction cost are preventing the ability to build much needed housing at lower price points. Start gaining equity, buy a home today!
